  • Please provide your phone and mobile numbers.
  • Please let us know the birthday of the primary booker (usually this is whoever is paying for the service) so we can set up your account and book your Fast Pass Plus, dining, etc.
  • Please let us know the first day you need service.
  • Please let us know the last day that you need service.

  • Please let us know who's coming with you!
  • Please let us know the names and birthdays of children under 18, so we can plan more appropriately for your time with us.
  • Please let us know what hotel you're staying in.
  • Please check any parks you would like to visit while you are here.
  • Please let us know if anyone in your party has special physical or dietary needs. Also, tell us about any special requests that you may have.
  • I hereby give my consent to Suntastic Service to photograph, film and publish images or videos of me and/or my child/children from any of our Suntastic Service Excursions in the Theme Parks for use on their website and/or Facebook page.
  • Booking & Cancellation Policy

    When you are with Suntastic Services we understand that life happens. To put your mind at ease, we have created a positive cancellation policy, which offers you the opportunity to be able to still create those Suntastic family memories.

    • Once the 50% deposit is made to secure your dates, 25% of the deposit is non-refundable.
    • If canceling services within 7 days of arrival, 50% of the total balance will be non-refundable.
    • If canceling services within 48 hours of services, 75% of the total balance will be non-refundable.
    • If canceling services within 24 hours of services, 100% of the total balance will be non-refundable.
    • Tickets are non-refundable.
    **We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as a death in the family, family emergency due to illness or accident, and severe weather that might impute travel occur, and Suntastic Service will hold a non refundable 50% deposit for one year from the date of the original booking for the family to rebook a new trip. The 50% non-refundable deposit will apply to your return trip within one year of original booking and will also secure the rate of services at the time of the original booking even if rates have increased.
